Founded by former Peruvian professional footballer Renzo Sheput and his wife Laura, Level Up Soccer School is more than just a youth academy—we’re a community dedicated to developing champions both on and off the field.
Our Story
After a distinguished career with Sporting Cristal and other professional clubs, Renzo made a conscious choice to prioritize family stability over traditional coaching paths. Together with Laura, they migrated to South Florida with a vision: to create a soccer environment where children can develop their skills, confidence, and character without fear or pressure.
What started as a dream became reality when the Argentine Football Association (AFA) International recognized the exceptional quality and organization of our young players. This led to an official partnership that brings world-class methodology directly to South Florida.
Our Mission
